I created this web site. The journal program is Movable Type by Six Apart. The photographs shown on this web site were taken by me or of me. The main image (located at the top of the journal) was taken by me in 2007 in Shikoku, a few minutes from my home. The photograph next to my autobiography (to the right, under the main image) is one I took of the city of Tokushima in 2007. I created all of the graphics that can be seen on this site with the except of the PayPal related images (created by PayPal), the LastFM.com player, and the product images and buttons supplied by Amazon. The music provided on this web site is entirely due to LastFM.com. The graphics which link to my other web sites and journals were created by me; all of the graphics (except the Beyond Tofu, Never Be Japanese, and In Search Of Coffee buttons) use photographs I personally took. The Beyond Tofu button is made of an original graphic I made in Photoshop, the Never Be Japanese button is made by me from a photograph my husband took of me, and the In Search Of Coffee button was created by me using legally obtained clip art. The quotes used on the main image ("the ocean rows us away" and "I carry your image always in my head") are from the song The Ocean by The Bravery. The mantra ("Gate gate paragate") is from the Heart Sutra. The title quote ("I believe all God's creatures have a soul... except bears, bears are Godless killing machines!") is by Stephen Colbert. All other content, except where noted above, was created by me.
